    You will want to have your fiancee post in the preview forums. While you are waiting, try a full reboot (Settings, Power, Turn Xbox off, and unplug the power cord from the console for 5 minutes).

    Even if that works, still have him report the issue via the console or the preview forums, so that the preview team is aware of it.

    Sorry for the late response. The link took me to forum page with the loading 'dots' continually going across the screen from left to right. No page content such as forum postings, except for page headers, etc, ever loads (and I've left it for over a day
    now). This happens in both Edge and Chrome.
