Need a home share re set.

My friend went through all my account shares, How about a re set. its a joke I have to get on a form, miss the old days of just having a disk.

She would need to set the console as her Home console so you can share the gold.

 

Gold Sharing issue on family accounts

You can only share gold on 1 console at a time, your Home console. So if the console you're using is set as your Home, they won't be able to use the gold on the other consoles. You would need to set one of the other consoles as your Home so other accounts
can share it there and have gold on at least 1 more account in order to share on the 3rd console.

 

The forums here won't help reset the Home Console settings you're allowed. Only Xbox Support can do that.

Next, you're account is allowed 5 Home Console uses and only Xbox Support can reset that for your account 1 time for 5 more uses.

If you've used up that 1 time reset for the last 5 uses, you're going to have to wait a full year before it can be reset again.

It's your account and you're responsible for it.

I'm not sure why you allow your "friend" access to your acocunf

What's you are doing is a violation of the terms of use

You MAY NOT lend your account out to anyone period if you want to game share you only download it yourself and keep the passcode only for yourself

Noone not even your dog spot should know your password

Nor do they need to be on your profile

The console.downloads the gamest on its own when the home.console

Lending your account out is a violation of the terms of.use and home console is really meant for same household

You lend out your account to strangers you are accountable for their actions on your account

And no there is no reset

My guess you were already denied by support correctly

Since the amount was increased from 3 to 5 times per 12 months support will not reset the amount for you unless you have a new console that is registered or your console was replaced due to being sent in for repair.

5 times per 12 months is more than enough.The home console feature is meant for households with more than on console,not for sharing with your friends.

 

Just an FYI - Support can do a 1 time reset to allow 5 more uses for the Home Console feature as long as that 1 time reset hasn't been used already.

Xbox Support does not have an override for that 1 time feature. If it's available, they can do it. If it's been used, Xbox Support will see the exact date as to when that 1 time reset was done and the customer will have to wait 1 year from the date that
Xbox Support is able to see.

Not to argue with you but it's in the support system tools. Yes, the number of uses was changed from 3 to 5 uses for the customer.

Next, If the customers account has the option for a reset, assuming he's used the 5 uses, the support agent can do a one time reset. Once that reset is complete it will state that the customer will have to wait 1 year until the next reset is available.

There's no override after that reset is done, it's set within the system itself that you can't bypass or have a manager override it.
