Need a code for the blizzard mountain expansion pack was told that the game came with it but ...

The game doesn't come with the add-on. It would need to either be purchased separately or you would need to purchase the expansion pass.

Hey. I have the same problem. I have pre-ordered the Blizzard mountain expansion pack, but now its trying to download it. And dosent get anywhere! This Sucks!!

The Forza Horizon 3 Blizzard Mountain (or Snowfall/Snowy Mountain) expansion will become available after you have unlocked your third festival location in the main game. I believe you need 200,000 fans in order to unlock the game's third festival location,,
but I could be wrong. After unlocking your third festival, it should start a Blizzard Mountain cut scene and put a navigation point on the map in the airport area.

Hi, the Infected games in Forza Horizon 3 are part of the Online Adventure events. An Xbox Live subscription is needed to participate in the online games. However, an Expansion Pass, which unlocks Hot Wheels and Blizzard Mountain, is not needed to play
in the Infected games.

I managed to get it installed by going directly to the Blizzard Mountain and Hot Wheels pages, and clicking on Install from there. I couldn't install it from the Expansion Pass page. I haven't played enough of the main game to unlock these two DLC packs,
but the downloads finished successfully.
