Need a bit of help getting a account

Alright so i just got my xbox360 profile onto my xbox 1 i need to add the child account (the xbox360 account) to my parent accounts family to access the settings on my 360 account. When i try to add my 360 accout to my xbox1 accounts family it won't let
me and i think its because the 360 is already in a family with some lost 360 adult account. I need help getting that parent account back so i can change the family the 360 account is in.

If the Xbox allowed it then your fine, the game must be region free. As long the system isn't modded or pirate disc then your perfectly fine.

How are you even installing a Japanese NTSC game with a PAL Optical Drive..??

 

Hey there!

If you go to account.microsoft.com/family and sign in with the child account, it should tell you there which email you used for the adult account originally. That is probably a good place to start. If you can get the email there, then you can use this

link to reset the password for that parental account.
