Q. What prompts bad behavior?

A. Human behavior.

Q. If a player from the enemy team has K/D score of 38-0, is he cheating or just better than me. Either way, I am going to report him because I am mad!

A. Just wow

A symptom has taken hold where hurt feelings are being considered over the skill of a player. Therefore, the Report Player function is constantly being abused. If someone is being berated or just being trolled, were'n't video games the
place to respond in kind without physical repercussions?

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions and they do not use the forums. You would need to go to
http://enforcement.xbox.com for any information about your suspension and to see about submitting a case review.

actually it 99.9% of live users don't have issues with enforcement why can't you?

You do realize most people avoid it by using common sense right?

It's that's easy

Communicatjon suspensions is easy to fix

Use common sense remember this is rated e for everyone service like most gaming services

Thanks, but theres nothing at the enforcement page that i can ask a question about the ban? Can you point me to something? The case review was just as nebulous.

I fully agree ... I find this a major paint-point! And actually do not understand the reasons behind this other than big companies collection even more data for whatever nebulous reasons ...

Accessories are only covered for 90 days. That a the point of contention - are "accessories" items that are included in the console kit, or are they stand-alone devices? One can argue that the HDD in a console kit is not an accessory as without a storage
device the 360 does not function properly. Controllers and headsets are a little more nebulous.
