The solution you proposed did not help. There are no network errors. There are no left switches available.

I tried to completely reset the console - it did not help.

I contacted the operator of the Internet network with no connection problems.

I tried to restart the router.

In this case, exactly the same new console perfectly tied and untied my account.

Thanks for keeping us updated on the issue. We recommend a
soft factory reset on the console. This will repair any corrupt OS that could be causing this issue.
