не работает радио [translation-Radio not working ]

Скажите почему не работают радиоприложения ? Они запускаются но при запуске любой радиостанции нет звука , Может появиться на долю секунды в момент запуска радиостанции при включении кнопки проигрывания и сразу исчезает . При этом трансляция идет судя
по времени , идет отсчет времени проигрывания трансляции. После последнего обновления все работало и вдруг перестало. Не работает уже пару месяцев . интернет работает стабильно скорость нормальная .

Sorry to hear about the issue your having with radio. I recommend uninstall and reinstall the app. You can find out how to do so here at

uninstall xbox one games or apps.

Also is this on an xbox one, xbox 360 or windows device (ex pc mobile phone).

If the uninstall and reinstall doesn't work you can try a

Soft factory reset.

1. Make sure you know your account information email/password

2. follow ythe guide and when prompted select Reset and keep my games & apps.
