I am glad you were able to purchase the game.

This usually happens when you navigate to the Microsoft website via a link that was meant for a different store than your region. Usually when you login it will ask you if you would like to stay in that store or rather navigate back to the store in your
region. You can usually tell which store you are on by looking at the URL in the browser, for example the US site would be "en-us" for English and the US store. Your store would be "ru-kz"

I bought it finally. I don't know why, but, first time the amount was shown in USD, but later it became in Kazakhstan Tenge. Could you please forward this issue to responsible department to check in order to avoid next time such things for another customers.
