NCAA football 12 and 13. scoreboard won't show

Hello. I have a xbox 360 console. I have NCAA football 12 and several weeks ago it quite showing the scoreboard at the bottom of the screen. I also bought the NCAA football 13 version, thinking it may be the game. Same problem. So I'm thinking it's
the console somehow. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions about causes and/or solutions? Thanks for any assistance anyone can give.

Thanks for reaching out to us with this issue. You may want to try looking into your display settings to see if any changes have been made there and also check your settings in-game as well to see if there may be something there for the scoreboard. If you
have already tried this and are still experiencing the issue, then you can always attempt to

uninstall both games from the console,
clear the system cache and then reinstall the games.

Tried all of this---again. Still no scoreboard showing. Any other suggestions?

 

Hey Tom,

At any point did you happen to change any display settings on the Xbox 360 or on your TV? If it's not a bug or glitch then it could be related to display settings.

Do the games look stretched out or distorted? Are these the only two games that you cannot see the heads up display on screen?

Maybe the aspect ratio changed on the TV settings and the scoreboard is just not being shown from the bottom of the screen.

Go to Settings>System>Display>Reference Levels and make sure its set to Standard. Select Display Discovery and select enable to automatically retrieve your TV video settings.

Give that a try and let us know the results!
