    Dear customer support,

    I bought NCAA 14 at the store, but my XBOX 360 NTSC gets me the error "can't download" every time at about 80% finished.

    What can I do to solve the problem?

    downloading games on release date

    are games available to purchase and download on live on their release date.. i.e. ncaa 14

    I'm seeing on the EA forums that issues with accessing the seasons pass have been resolved (reference: https://help.ea.com/article/ncaa-football-14-xbox-error-message-issue). Are you still unable to access NCAA 14?
