Refunding digital purchases is a very simple process but it is a self-guided one.

NOTE: If the purchase was recently made, the refund option will not appear until 24 hours have passed from the time the purchase was made.

I’m having the same problem as we speak and it happened on the same day that it happened to you I bought four of the $53 VC packs and it kept saying transaction canceled when I only wanted to purchase one and now they keep giving me the runaround on how to get my refund and who to contact and I’ve went through 2K support Microsoft support Xbox support fishy asf if you ask me

You will need to sign in to the Xbox Account that made the purchase. Keep in mind, this form is for Xbox and no other department outside of Xbox.

Note: You will need all order numbers and dates of the purchase to fill out the webform. You can obtain this information by going to account.microsoft.com, click the "Payment and Billing" tab and then "Order History."

The same has happened to me I don’t know why the VC isn’t showing up

Following, it’s definitely not the Xbox console. I have Xbox x series as well and had no problem before until nba2k22. It constantly crash and shut off my console completely. I am currently reaching NBA2k22 support via email and are waiting for the respond.

I also read that Xbox did have that issue but the patch was in March somewhere, but I had the Xbox since December 2020. Never had that issue at all until nba2k22. I decide to check if there are other people with this problem and here you are. I have also found other person on other website complaining the same thing.
