NBA2k22 is causing my Xbox Series X to Turn off completely

Following, it’s definitely not the Xbox console. I have Xbox x series as well and had no problem before until nba2k22. It constantly crash and shut off my console completely. I am currently reaching NBA2k22 support via email and are waiting for the respond.

I also read that Xbox did have that issue but the patch was in March somewhere, but I had the Xbox since December 2020. Never had that issue at all until nba2k22. I decide to check if there are other people with this problem and here you are. I have also found other person on other website complaining the same thing.

• A subset of Xbox Series X users were experiencing console shutdowns while playing NBA 2K22 – we are continuing to investigate the issue and currently flighting a mitigation in the Insider Flight Program. To get the fix simply join the Xbox Insider program, and sign up for Xbox Preview Update, selecting Omega, and you will receive the fix in the latest build. Our goal is to release this fix to all consoles pending successful flighting and there is no need to return your console to support. The game is crashing and sending players back to the dashboard. It's a known issue and the developer is working on a solution.

If only this game is shutting down your console, I'd say it's a problem with the game and not the console.

My Series X will not let me play MYCAREER REC, Park, Theater @ all w/ out crashing completely off!! I have tried every possible fix and all troubleshooting!! I have made several 2k support tickets and they DO NOT CARE or have a fix!! ZERO!! I can play any other game w/ NO PROBLEMS!! Just NBA2K23 and NBA2K22 have this exact issue!! My RECORD in the REC is 0-19 w/ 19 crashes!! ZERO stats!! I have BEVER been able to play 1 game w/ out it crashing my Series X!! 100% fail rate!! Anyone, anyone, PLEASE HELP??????????
