    I bought the xbox one s with NBA2K2019 included. I was playing fine and now it won't allow me to pick up where I left off. It continues to want me to restart every time now.

    check if the data save to 2k, i had this problem one time an quit game an when it loaded again ask me for my info an it show up

    Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently experiencing difficulties with being able to pick up where you left off in NBA2K2019

    There may be a chance that your save data is not syncing correctly to your console, and this could be causing the problem.

    Are you connected to Xbox Live? If you test your multiplayer connection do you receive any error messages? If you do, I would recommend using the

    Xbox One Multiplayer Connection Error Solution     wizard and see if this helps with syncing your data.
