    hi I got a Xbox with the NBA 2k20 bundle It only worked with 1 of my 2 accounts so on the account that worked I went to my career mode and it said I have not made an account so I went to network and made an account then it said 1 or more accounts have not
    been signed in or been restricted from my career so I erased my other account because it doesn't let me play on that account. and then it still says 1 or more accounts have not been signed in or has been restricted from my career.

    how can I get it to work?

    Try reinstalling the game. Sometimes during download data gets lost or disturbed. Anothe option is factory set your system
