Nba2k20 still crashing?

I played this game for months and just all of a sudden opening Nba 2k20 crashes my WHOLE XBOX. LITERALLY cant do anything but shut it off. Open crash shut off on rinse and repeat. Please do no mention hard reboot, restarting or power cycle none has helped
and i cant count how many times ive done either from this past week. Btw all my other games work with no problem disc or no disc online or offline JUST nba2k20 crashes my entire xbox waste of time with this game.

If you have already done these procedures try to uninstall and install again, it may work, good luck!

So after many hard reboots also uninstalling restarting then reinstalling and anything else i tried to fix nba2k20. Then I ordered a new 4k high value HDMI and BOOM it works. So if you have an Xbox One S or just and old Xbox one you might have to get a
new 4k HDMI because alot of new games require it.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums for advice on how to deal with this problem. I can totally understand how this could be distressing. I say, that if uninstalling and reinstalling the game didn't do the trick, I suggest trying a

soft factory reset of the console. It's a factory reset that keeps your games & apps and is a great help to a bunch of problems.

When you get the chance, give that a shot and let us know if that helped.

Does this happen when you try to play a game or when the game is loading up?
