    NBA2K20 Do not meet requirements


    MY son signed into 2k20 and created a my player account and now hw can not get back in it, he gets error message do not meet requirements.

    I changed players and I tried to sign in and I get the same message.

    Help!?! I am very frustrated that I paid for thia game and he can not use all the features.

    Do I need to create a new Microsoft account for him?

    does the date of birth match on the xbox account and 2k account, they have a minimum age for mplayer creation and if under the age it will not work, if DOB does not match then i have seen this also fail.

    You do not meet the requirements for MyPlayer

    Hi!

    It may happen if the account is not adult.
    Check     that the birth date is correct or add the account to a console
    family group.

    I have an adult account on Xbox and NBA2K20. I get a message telling me either I do not meet the requirements for a MYPLAYER Account or the account has not been created. If I search support about how to create a MYPLAYER Account all I get are articles
    about verifying a MYPLAYER Account. Support sends me troubleshooting advice about permissions and content restrictions but ignore that I have stated that I see no instructions telling me how to create a MYPLAYER Account. If they can't make it work I want my
    money back.
