NBA2k16 Download Code from #Gimme5 giveaway

I participated in the gimme5 giveaway and was lucky enough to claim a copy of NBA 2K16. Once it was claimed it stated I would receive the download code within one week. I have still yet to receive the download code and have been trying to find out when I
can expect it by.

Unable to download/redeem code

im unable to download/redeem the code i got from the Gimme5! Xbox Live Rewards Promotion for the free fall bonus map

Website Error Code: Xbos-0x80153005

Xbox 360 Returns a "Code not valid" even though i double checked it --- the website i just did a copy paste, so i dont know why its doing that but id really apreciate it if can get fixed

HI I just got an email from xbox live rewards for the reward I choosed from the promotion they had,which was called xbox live rewards 5th anniversary Gimme5 but the problem is that I choosed a game but instead I got a code for my avatar which was a costume
