NBA2K14 issues

If I try to load my MyPlayer, it starts me at the beginning of the game I was going to play, lets me play for roughly 20 seconds, then boots me out to the dashboard of the xbox. If I try to create a new MyPlayer, it goes through the opening cutscene,
then as weird as this sounds, it then somehow knocks me over to a MYGM that I have saved-the miami one. I have two MYGM files(one miami, one houston). The houston one that I was actually playing every game in, if I play the game and quit, it does not save
my progress. So this game is totally unplayable. Quick game is pointless.

• What have you tried to fix this so far? Please be specific. Saying you've tried everything doesn't leave us too many options!
  

Reinstalled the game. I also had to send in one of my xbox's because it wasnt reading this disc specifically. The xbox I am using right now reads the disc just fine but the above issues make this game unplayable.

when installing a came it goes from "installing" to "Queued" and it goes back and forth

Did your NBA2k14 install? Are there any other issues you are seeing with your Xbox downloads?
