NBA2K 2019 - can't start a career

hi, I bought the Special Edition of NBA2K 2019 but now i can't start a Career becuse the game says i am not allowed to set up the "My Player" account. I am 12 years old and my dad removed all restrictions from my child account. it's no problem to play with
his account. so it's not the game.

I was in contact with 2K already and they said al would be ok with my account. i should get in contact with the XBox Live Support. They could not help either as all Settings are ok to play online.

do you have an idea what i can do? i spent 100 euros on the game but can't use the Special Content...

cannot delete game save...

Do you need to delete the game save? Can't you just start a new career in the options of the game.

 

Starting new career

I am not able to start a new career in Fifa14. Does anyone else have this problem too? If not, does any one know how i can start a new career beside the already existing career?

hi, thanks for the quick reply. I tried that already and it didn't change a Thing unfortunately. we even uninstalled the game and re-installed it. the strange Thing is that i can't even sign in on nba2k.com with my xbl gamertag. 2k support was saying that
everything would be fine with my account though. my dad can sign himself in. might it be an issue that i have played nba2k2018 on my switch with another account? i used the same emailadress to sign in there.

would you have a support Hotline for 2k where i can call?

any other suggestions?

and i am based in Austria. i am forwarded to the Standard support site when i click on your link.

found out on nba2k.com that i can't sign in there with my gamertag?!? when i click "sign in" on the upper Right Corner the page asks meto choose my platform. i choose xbox live and than it tries to sign me in but Always Ends with: "Sorry, we did not
recognize your account in our System"

opened three tickets with NBA2k already… i am slightly loosing interest in playing the game and will ask my Money back ( 100 euros)...
