    I pre ordered NBA2K 18 back on September 3, 2017 and never received my physical items (Shaq Poster). What's up with that!?

    I need to unlink my account from my dad's

    I'm over 18 and I can't seem to unlink my account from my dad's without rendering my account completely useless. I am unable to play online in NBA2K and I can't buy things from the Xbox store even though I linked a credit card to the account. Please help

    Where did you order the game from? I would suggest reaching out to the retailer you purchased the game from to inquire further. If you purchased the disc version from the Microsoft Store, you would need to reach out to Microsoft Store support so they can
    take a look for you.

    Lastly, if you pre-ordered the digital version, you would not receive any physical items. You can find this information and more on
