That's correct, but that other account didn't exist back in 2014/15.

Games and apps is not linked to the console where it was purchased on, it is linked to the account that made the purchase.

Just logged into the other account on here, there's 6 other games, all from around the launch of the console,tied to that account.

For some reason, it appears they're tied to that Day One console.

Wonder if I can contact the account section and see if they can help out .

Check if this account owning the games have you console as Home Console, if no, set this and maybe this fix all the issue accessing the games with other accounts.

That account shouldn't be the owner of that game, as we only had one Xbox one at that stage and only my account on it. Their account was setup around 2 years ago at a guess.

Only things I can think of, maybe the game is somehow tied to that Xbox somehow, sounds strange, but maybe possible?
