Nba Live 19 All Star Packs not showing up in Ultimate team mode

are you sure they will give you the packs immediately and not in the following weeks?

In your games list, focus on a game, press the menu button on your controller, then select Manage game & add-ons.

Some add-ons are accessed in the game they go with, rather than getting installed separately. Any installable add-ons or DLC not yet installed will appear under Ready to install.

Here’s where to check for add-ons inside the games they go with.

• On the game’s title screen, look for something similar to “My content.”
• You might need to open a message in a game to get your add-ons. Check for “My Messages” or a related area.
• Some add-ons are found only while playing the game itself. This can be true for items such as V-Bucks or clothing. In Sea of Thieves, for example, you need to start a quest, board your ship, and either visit the in-game store or open inventory chests.
• Accessing add-ons might require you to progress to the right point in a game. Destiny 2 Forsaken uses game levels to gate the use of certain expansion packs. In Forza Horizon 3, you need to drive to a specific location to start using the Hot Wheels expansion
  pack.

Thank you for reaching out. For all of EA's Ultimate Team modes, you can find your pre-order or special edition packs by accessing the Ultimate Team mode, and heading over to the pack store. Here you will notice different packs, most of which can be purchased
with in game currency, as well as the free ones your account should be entitled to. If you notice your 5 All Star packs are not in the UT game mode, feel free to reach out to
EA Support.

You typically get the free packs by:

1: purchasing the ultimate team version of the game,

2: being an ultimate team founder member - signing up to the mode when i first came out.

3. dependant on your result in the warm up game you may obtain a pack from that.

I loved that game too luckily I still have it stored away somewhere. It might be tough for EA to make a new one because it looks like they are putting all efforts in NBA LIVE 19. Maybe they will add street ball as a mode instead.
