    NBA Live 16 going black after I launch it.


    Every Time I launch NBA Live 16 (disc version) on xbox one, it turns black for some reason. I tried to power cycle, but it is ineffective. I also tried to close all apps and games but also is not working. All other games work fine just NBA Live 16.

    If you have any useful info please help me. Thank you.

    Im 16, I have GTA V, COD Ghosts, Black Ops, Black Ops 2, Borderlands, Borderlands 2, Far Cry 3, Final Fantasy XIII-2, DBZ UT, NBA 2k14, NBA2k13, Halo 3.

    Sorry to hear it. Can you please try deleting then reinstalling the game? If that doesn't work then try doing a factory reset on the console. Don't worry about your downloaded content. There is an option to do the reset without deleting the games.

    Controller randomly does not work in game

    I have the same issue with NBA 2k14. No problems in other games but when I launch NBA, the controller is not recognized. I can return to home screen but can't do anything in the game. Doesn't matter if it is connected by USB or not. No change after restarts
    or re-install of the game.
