NBA LIVE 15 Digital Edition - Trouble language

Hi,

I'm Brasilian and I bought this game a few days on Xbox Live. In describing the game said, that the game could be downloaded also in Portuguese version. Now after downloading, the game is entirely in English. What do I need to have the translated
version to Portuguese?

NBA Live 15 out to dethrone the champ...

NBA Live 15 is making me have buyers remorse right now. I purchased NBA 2K15 last week digitally and I wish I hadn't. Why does NBA 2K15 look like the overlays were hand drawn by the developer's 10 year old son?? EA has finally gotten presentation right on Madden 15 and NBA Live 15. The gameplay is way better than last year's version as well as the visuals. EA is taking the crown back from 2K Sports

Hey there! I understand your explanation but, I just bought this game, because in its description said that he had support my native language.

Now, what do I do? This game is not interesting to me in another language, other than my native.

I understand that this mistake was caused by you, and I would like to purchase a cancellation or refund.
