NBA league pass keeps crashing

Hi All

Ive just installed the new version of.the NBA app. Ive been a league pass member for years and never had any problems! Now everytime i try and rewatch full games the app crashes pauses and sometimes kicks me out ! Completely unwatchable ! Ive tried deleting the app and reinstalling a few times no joy at all ! Ive noticed on.some roku forums people are.having the same problem ! Is anyone else on xbox suffering from this issue !?My connection is fine ive run connection tests ! Any suggestions or ideas would be great !

Hello, same issue as you and totally pissed of with NBA Customer Service.

I linked my pc via cable into the back of the tele. Works, not what you want, but no frustrating buffers.

Hope this helps.

PS i have sent over 50 e-mails (daily) to the NBA asking to get it repaired but just get the same technical info.

Yeah that isn't gonna cut it. This app is unusable at this point.

Watched the last games on my phone, its small but still better than the xbox app.

Same issue here, no support just poor customer service. Tonight connected my laptop to the tv via cable, best option at the moment.
