NBA League Pass Issues. Please help!

Is there any NBA League Pass subscribers here from the UK (or elsewhere) having issues playing archived or condensed games from the Gametime App???

Since last weekend I've been getting the message
'Video content unavailable - the content you have selected is not available in your geographic region'
every time i try to watch a live game or play an archived game (full or condensed). I am a premium member and NBA TV is working fine.

I feel like I've tried everything with Xbox Support and the people down at NBA League Pass Support are not even replying to my emails.

Not sure whether it's a coincidence or not but I noticed these problems only started since xbox one changed it's dashboard. Always worked fine before.

I've tried everything like logging in and out, un-installing then re-installing, cache reboot, logging in with someone elses user ID, restoring
to factory settings, checking the location on the account is correct etc etc. It works ok watching direct on my work laptop or wifey's ipad. Just not the xbox app. This tells me its an Xbox issue rather than a NBA issue, but Xbox Support cannot identify the
issue. I need the xbox app working bad. I'm missing out on so much NBA action!

Is anyone else having this problem? Or anyone got any ideas how to fix this. Absolutely at wits end with it.

nba league pass are aware of the issue and working on it

have you tried accessing league pass through the xbox browser now nba has gone to HTML 5>?

 

Things that should Change About Xbox One

Get more apps like NBA game time for NBA league pass. Sony has it for PS4, come on MS.

 

Come on, someone must know something??
