NBA Jam On Fire Edition

I am unable to load my copy of NBA Jam On Fire Edition to my X Box One despite it being on the backward compatible list. Any advice? I have tried clearing the persistent storage on the blu ray player. I have spent over 2 hours with tech support, and no
solution. Any advice would be appreciated.

NBA JAM on fire edition is good and is backward compatible.

What exactly happens when you try to install the game? Do you get an error message you can share?

 

I 'm having the same problem , and after almost two hours with the attendant he told me that only works if I have the version " on fire edition" around when I was trying to buy the game again in the store , it appears that not this available in my region
. however I tried to buy the game when it was in new york city I tried to buy the game and appeared the same message. I am awaiting a microsoft so the position that since December last year did not have any position and no solution . the monimo would provide
the game to buy in Brazil , since it was nalista of games available on backward compatibility or even freely available to all those who like me are with problem to play this title
