Why do we need to fast forward to get to live action?! Easy solution, just make a "goto live" option, 200 dollars to just randomly fast forward, that's pretty awful...

Soooo. I guess this will never be fixed? Still stuck with "server unavailable". What a waste of $200 for the league pass. I even bought a second Xbox One for my bedroom to watch NBA and even THAT was a waste.

Hey everyone!

We have received reports that this issue should be resolved. Please go ahead and try the following steps:

Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds.

Once your console is powered off, wait 5 minutes.

Power on your console and open the NBA Game Time app.

Please give the steps above a try and let us know if you are still receiving an error message when trying to watch games in the NBA Game Time app. Thanks!
