nba gametime no video feed

Just chiming in, I also have the same issue

 

I also can not watching any games with linked NBA League Pass account. Get "server unavailable press retry." Works fine on my Xbox 360 and PS4.

 

I'm yet another person with same issue. I've tried everything I can think of, but the app keeps giving the server not available error. App is completely useless in its current state and has been this way for some time.

 

I'm having the same issues described above. "Server not available" I've tried every troubleshooting method I've read about, but still not working. I have not been able to watch a single second of NBA action on the app since the season started. Very frustrating.
I spoke with NBA league pass customer support, and they had no answer for the issue, just suggested i power cycle, uninstall, clear cache, etc. So they "filed a ticket" but i don't expect to hear back any time soon.

 

We're all having the same exact problem as DIETCOLA. You have the hit the GUIDE button to get out of the RETRY screen.

I just wanted to pop in and see if you are still receiving the "server unavailable press retry" error when trying to watch a game. If you are continuing to see this error, let us know!

 

Well,now it says Syncing data for Gametime app and says "We couldn't get your last saved data". I try again and still says the same thing or it says use offline and I click that and the app comes on which it shouldn't even connect if it's online. So I click
on a game anyways and STILL it says "server unavailable". I'll make sure to post if it ever works. Looks Like I blew close to $200 for the league pass.

 

I am still seeing this issue 100% of the time when I got to a game details page before I can even try to watch the game. Just says nba game time server unavailable

Mister Quimby, i am also having the same issue. I sent you a private message as requested.

 

I contacted nba gametime themselves. They said they are aware of the issue and are currently working on it. So do not do any crazy stuff to your xbox ones. It's not you it is them. Just sit back and wait. Hopefully it is fixed soon. If you do not have other
devices you can watch games on, I will try to get my money back.

But again it is not on our end it is on nba gametime end. I think they rushed it just to get something out by the start of the season on xb1

Also been having this issue for weeks. Not impressed, paid for this service to use on the Xbox One, what a waste.
