nba gametime no video feed

I had already done that Mister Quimby last and this past weekend. STILL the same thing . This is not cool.

Nba gametime?!

so what happened to this app? there are no features anymore... where are in game stats? cant fast forward or rewind?

Also it only comes in stereo? no surround?

 

NBA Gametime App - no longer in App store? Xbox360

Was having issue with the NBA Gametime app on Xbox 360, so decicied to do the following:

Deleted the app (but after that, when I go to the App store, its no longer there)

Cleared the cache on all my HDD

Formatted all my HDD (basically reset my Xbox)

Logged back into Xbox live, but once again the NBA Gametime app cannot be found in the list of 44 Apps.

p.s. I'm based in Australia.

Thank god thee are other people with this fast forward issue. I can't believe nobody QA'd such a feature. Like did anyone try to start a game? Did anyone try to switch games? Unbelievable. I can't believe I have to blindly fast forward to try to get live
action. The PS4 app doesn't have this issue from what I understand.

I contacted support. They told me they are working on it but no timeline. My league pass is virtually useless as every time I switch games I have to fast forward. Would it be that hard to have a "Press Y to go to Live Feed" or something like that? Unbelievable
how frustrating this is.

 

I also get the "server isn't available" error. Tried the cold shut down and modem/router reset, still a no-go. App works fine until my League Pass account is linked, then it keeps giving the error.

 

I'm have the same 'Sorry, the NBA Game Time server is unavailable right now" problem as well, and have tried the listed method to fix it. It was working for a few days but then stopped. Any help would be much appreciated.

Thank you for providing us with this information. When exactly are you receiving the "server isn't available" error? Also, are you receiving this error while viewing game highlights? Or while viewing games signed in with your NBA League Pass?

Game highlights work fine. The error occurs when I'm signed in my league pass and I want to watch an archive game. I'm not sure if it is working when the games are live. I've tried it on the 360 and it works fine if I go to my apps but if I click on the
app on the home page it gives the same error.

 

Correct. The highlights play fine but when you click on a live game it goes to server unavailable. How come I feel like we're answering peoples same questions over and over again. Just fix the *** thing. We wasted a lot of money on the league pass.

 

I hope you all get the server issues fixed so you can at least watch the game. Then you can sit in total awe at how they released an app without a feature to play games live. So you can watch a 30 second commercial between every game you switch, then spend
another two minutes fast forwarding to find the live part of the game. In a given night I'll spend 20-30 minutes doing just that switching between games. Awful awful product. PS4 has 10x the app that we do.

 

Any solutions for the Live action problem? Im sick of having to fast forward everytime i switch games, ridiculous.

I am able to watch highlights without a problem.

Here are the exact steps to recreate the problem:

0. "Quit" NBA Game Time via the home screen

1. Launch NBA Game Time

2. Select "Calendar"

3. Select Nov 7th.

4. Select Timberwolves Vs. Magic

This gives me the following error:

"Sorry, the NBA Game Time server isn't available right now. Please select the retry button or try again later. For more information, go to www.xbox.com/status."

There is a "retry" button. When you select it, it returns to the game summary page for about a half second and returns the exact error above.

 

Also, note that if I hit B (back) instead of selecting "retry" in the above error, it has the same result: it returns to the game summary page for about a half second and returns the exact error above. I have to say "go home" and then use the menu button
to quit NBA Game Time from the Xbox home screen.

 

I have submitted the error that displays when you try to watch a game to the support team, so hopefully it is fixed soon. I am having the same problem as well.
