NBA gametime app doesn't let me watch live games.

paid $200 for NBA League Pass and the season is starting.

 

No problem.

I'm not able to speculate on if it's just for members the NXOE Preview program, but I haven't seen others outside of it reporting this issue. I was able to test on a non-preview console and I'm not finding any issues accessing content with the NBA Gametime
app.

I would also try accessing the app from a different device if you have one to make sure it isn't an issue with your account, but for now posting this issue over in the Xbox One Update Preview forums is going to be your best option.

I was able to access the content via PC so I do know that the issue is not with my account.

I not getting this resolved. NBA support said it's in Xbox's end.. Xbox doesn't know anything... I'm waisting 200$ of my hard earned money, I'm really getting a bad taste of Microsoft rn. I even called support for Xbox and they don't know a thing and keeps
referring me to these forms.

The bad news is that I bought an xbox to not only play games but also because of this and other apps. My xboxone is a brand new one, this is the first app I installed and get this error. I find threads from year(s) ago with same issue. I tried the fix options
in this thread. My xbox is literally right out of the box, turned it on, installed app, tried to watch a game. Works on all other devices.

 

Having the same issue. App seems broken.

 

Xbox and NBA need to communicate about this issue for real. It makes no sense that neither one knows how to solve this issue. I may can watch games on other devices but the point is I bought the league pass to watch it on my xbox. Somebody needs to figure
something out! The problem is with linking the nba league pass account

 

I just received an email from NBA.com tech support. They stated it is a known issue and they are working on an app update. No ETA.

 

I can watch a game now! Finally my prayers have been answered!!
