NBA 2k25 on cloud gaming not working.

Whenever I try to run NBA2k25 on cloud gaming on my pc, it seems to start to load up, the Xbox logo shows up, then a completely black screen and closes the game, I have tried resetting my WiFi, I know my pc meets the requirements, I cleared my cache, but still nothing! Just wondering if this is a known problem or just my end, thanks so much!

Have you tried cloud gaming through a different browser? How about on your phone? Can you please check If it loads?

Can you also open or play other games on the cloud aside from NBA

2k25?

The game is not on Game Pass. You would need to buy it and then you can play it on Cloud as part if the new feature to play games you own. https://news.xbox.com/en-us/2024/11/20/stream-your-own-game-xbox-cloud-gaming-beta/

Lryon, if you have cloud saves enabled, you might be able to restore your data from the cloud. For Xbox, go to "Manage Game & Add-Ons" and select "Saved Data." Look for "Cloud Saves" and download to console.

In the meantime, you may try the following troubleshooting steps:

-Press and hold the Xbox button in the center of your Xbox controller to open the Power Center.

-Select Restart console.

-Select Restart.

If it doesn't work, try a full power cycle:

-Press the Xbox button in front of the console until it shuts down.

-Unplug the power cables from the back of the console and on the wall socket.

-Wait for 10 seconds

-Plug in again and turn on the console

you almost certainly have an Xbox one S, if it has a disc drive you have a one. The letter is not the important part it's series or one with series being faster

The standard edition includes both versions, you need to download the Xbox one version
