• NBA League Pass code will be delivered to the email address associated with the NBA 2K Account with which the 25th Anniversary Edition Bonus Content was redeemed within 3 days of redemption
  

• If you return your purchase or do not redeem your Bonus Content before December 1, 2023, you will not receive your NBA League Pass code.
  
• Code for NBA League Pass must be redeemed by December 31, 2023. Any codes for NBA League Pass not redeemed by such date will be void.
  

• To receive your 12-month NBA League Pass, you will need to do the following.
  
  • Install your digital edition of NBA 2K24 25th Anniversary Edition and launch the game on your console or PC.

I paid for nba 2k24 vc and haven’t received anything, I’m getting frustrated

NBA 2k24 for Xbox One. The Mamba Edition also includes both the One and Series S/X versions.

We understand that this game means more to you and your friends that you would like to get reimbursed/refunded for the vc.   • When does the game go live?
    
    • NBA 2K24 goes live at midnight local time September 8th.
      
  • My pre-order isn't showing up, wasn't completed, or was cancelled.
    
    • Sign-in to your account at Microsoft Account | Manage Your Payments and make sure your payment methods are up to date.

  • Virtual Currency not showing up in-game?
    
    • Make sure that the purchase went through by checking your order history here Microsoft Account | Order History. If it is showing up, it may take up to 48 hours for it to be applied in-game.
      
    • If it is not showing up, then the purchase was not completed and will need to be attempted again. Please check that your payment methods are up to date, Microsoft Account | Manage Your Payments and try again.
      
  • Does my Virtual Currency transfer over from NBA 2K23 or previous editions?
    
    • You cannot transfer VC between versions of NBA 2K. That not only includes different console versions of the same game (i.e. Xbox One), but different entries in the NBA 2K series (like NBA 2K23 to NBA 2K24).
      
    • VC in your wallet is shareable cross-gen in the same console family. For example, if you have NBA 2K24 VC for Xbox One, your Xbox Series wallet will have access to it as well, though other systems will not.
      
    • The 100,000 VC for the Black Mamba Edition or 25th Anniversary Edition is only awarded once - since your wallet is shared between the Xbox One and X|S you can access it from either platform.
      
  • Where do I get my NBA League pass subscription?
    
    • To receive your 12-month NBA League Pass, you will need to do the following.
      
      • Install your digital edition of NBA 2K24 25th Anniversary Edition and launch the game on your console or PC.
