NBA 2k23 preordered says manage but can’t download how to fix?

I recently have preordered NBA 2k23 and have tried to go to the manage section but cannot download as when I go into install it says “Check back in a little bit” when I look at my purchase history it is also not there but haven’t recived a refund and it is still in my game library to download but it won’t let me download it

Kindly check via https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and check if you can see your pre-ordered transaction from there. If not, kindly check all Microsoft accounts where you may have pre-ordered it.

Once you were able to locate it make sure that you're signed in on the correct account on your Xbox console and perform a powercycle.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.
