    NBA 2k23 not loading


    Keep getting error code 8027025a, I have done all the suggestions for trouble shooting, so my game still won't load, should I reinstall? And if I do will I lose all the stuff I have already purchased in upgrades?

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    According to Xbox support -

    "This may mean one of the following:

    There's a temporary problem with the Xbox service

    The application did not load in the time expected

    There's a sign-in issue with your profile"

    If you have already performed the necessary steps on the support site, yes, the next option is uninstalling and reinstalling the game.

    In regards to your progress, in-game items, as long as you're playing while connected to Xbox Live (Internet) they're all stored on your cloud save.
