NBA 2k23 crashing at loading screen

I tried resetting it didn’t work . I deleted the app and reinstalled the game. Still crashing. I check the server everything is good. This sucks

Can you see if maybe there is a new update for the game fixing this problem?

If not, when you say "restart my console" do you mean power cycling the device?
1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.
Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

After that, try to remove and re-add your profile on the console.

Also disconnect your router from power for about 3 minutes. Then connect it again an when everything is working, try again

If you already tried that, besides cleaning reserved space did you tried something else?
In that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed

Mines doing the same, idk how to fix 2k23 from crashing at the loading screen.. I look up on YouTube how to fix it.. I unblock a lot of ppl still didn’t won’t smh

According to Xbox support -

"This may mean one of the following:

There's a temporary problem with the Xbox service

The application did not load in the time expected

There's a sign-in issue with your profile"

If you have already performed the necessary steps on the support site, yes, the next option is uninstalling and reinstalling the game.

In regards to your progress, in-game items, as long as you're playing while connected to Xbox Live (Internet) they're all stored on your cloud save.

May I know what was the NBA edition that you purchased?
