NBA 2K22 not working when I switch microsoft accounts.

You know the login screen when you turn on windows and you put in your pin. Well for me when i put in my pin and open NBA 2K22 it crashes. But when my brother logins and opens up NBA 2K22 it works for him. I have the same steam account for me and my brother so I don't have to buy it I just open it and play. Is it something with Steam or Windows because when I try out another game on my Microsoft account like GTA V or Minecraft it works. Can I fix this?

i just did that and fortunately all my games started working again except FIFA 22 and NBA 2K22
