    NBA 2k22 crashing on Xbox series X


    Hi I have an Xbox series x that crashes ONLY when playing nba 2k22 online. I can play other games for hours without any issues, but as soon as I head over to 2K and start playing a game of ultimate team it just crashes and I have to manually press the console button to turn it back on. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the application and it identified and overwrote corrupted “my team” “my career” “ultimate team” ect… data so I was hoping it was fixed. I was actually surprised to make it into the 3 quarter of a game until boom black screen. Any help would be appreciated this has been going on since I purchased the game in January. Thanks

    Xbox Series X NBA 2k22 Crashing

    Ok so it is a game issue and not a hardware issue at all? I was looking at previous threads on this and one was claimed to be a hardware and and stated to send in the Xbox for repair. I just had this start happening today and it’s occurred 3 times already. And to be clear it’s not just crashing to the dash board, it’s fully shutting down my Xbox series X. Everything up to date and open ventilation.
