    NBA 2K21 Not working properly


    I recently purchased NBA 2k21 during the countdown event on my account. The 2k series is one of my favorites and I was disappointed to see that it didn't work when I launched the game. Every online gamemode doesn't
    work and when you attempt to go into them it says "Your user account is under the age requirement, or has not been created". I have a child account so I asked my father to go on his account to change the age to 18 assuming that would do the trick. I launched
    it again still the same error message as before. I was doing some research and decided to change some more settings. I was still unable to play the game if any of you know what setting I need to change to get it to work please reply. Thanks

    Update: it works when fortnite is launched but for some reason with nba 2k21 or call of duty it does not.

    I got a replacement disc of NBA 2k21. I'm gonna try it when I get home from work. GTA had this problem a month ago also and I got a new disc and it works perfectly.

    Sorry but 2k has not announced cross-play for the game.

    Since you have to pay for the game separately on both consoles I doubt they will have Xbox One and Xbox Series X crossplay.

    Before someone says If you buy NBA 2K21 Mamba Forever Edition you get the Xbox Series X version. Yes, that edition bundles both the Xbox One version and the Xbox Series X version but is not a free upgrade or the same game.

    original Xbox One, Xbox One S and Xbox one X. This means you will be able to play with you friend. We hope this information helps
