    I preordered Nba 2k21 next gen for Xbox series s. And it wont install on my console and Microsfot wont give me a refund or help me out. They keep giving me the run around and i took screen shots of the conversation wherr the lady told me that i have to beat certain missions to unlock the bonus content.‍♂️ Someone please help me out..
