    help .... just cant get rid of this .... tried linking it wont work, tried reinstalling xbox ...no good .... change the parental settings no good ......how on earth do I sort this out ?????????

    You need to purchase a Gold subscription by getting a pre-paid card from a local store or adding a payment method such as a credit/debit card or PayPal to your account and subscribing to the membership. The larger the subscription, the more of a discount
    you get on each month as well.

    Also if you are under a certain age, you may need a parent or guardian to register themselves on a free account and add you as a 'child'.
