    I just got on to nba 2k20 and it says my account did not meet the aquirments to play online but im confused because i worked hard online and grinding to get a lot of good players but now its just all gone what do i do

    Okay, so I had this issue with my daughter's account who is under 13. I had to log in initially with my account and run through the set up, after that she was able to play just fine. Are you a minor? If so, get your parent to log in and initiate the online
    portion of the game, this should then allow you to play online.
