    nba 2k20 myplayer setup


    I purchased NBA 2k20 for my son for easter. We cannot figure out how to setup myplayer so that he can play with his friends. When directed to NBA2k.com website, it says "sorry, we did not recognize your account in our system". Does anyone know how to
    correct this?
