NBA 2K20. MyCareer Age Requirement

do you meet the required age, cant remember off the top of my head what min age is but has to be above 18 i think

I have Xbox Live Gold

I have tried signing in on the NBA 2k website (via Xbox) using either adult or child account

"Sorry, we did not recognize your account in our system"

I have tried the steps listed here:

I am using both my parent account and my child's and I CAN NOT GET IT TO WORK.

I had the same problem. I added VC to the wrong account, but when I tried to play MyCareer on the account I had put the age too low. This worked for me...

First, you need to go to Settings -> Account -> Family Settings. Then add a family member, should be over “18.” Then, on the account that is the family member, go to manage family members and add the account that is too young. Select it and go to Privacy
& Online Safety -> Xbox Live Privacy. Switch to Adult Defaults. Hopefully that helps!
