NBA 2k20 - missing mycareer

Hey guys installed 2k20 on a new pc but im missing mycareer files. Anyway to get them back? 2k support isnt helping either.

NBA 2K20 definitely has a MyCareer mode if that is what you are asking. If you do not have the option to start MyCareer, then you are more than likely experiencing Xbox Live connection issues. MyCareer should be the third option from the main menu after
Play Now and MyTeam.

Is your Xbox connected to a home network and if it is, are you connected to Xbox Live? If you weren't, you'd have warning messages on the home screen.

For pretty much any issue you come across on the Xbox, you'll want to go ahead and do a
hard restart and power cycle. Hold down the power button on the console
for about 10 seconds until it shuts down and then remove the power cable from the Xbox and the power outlet for about 5 minutes. Then re-connect and turn on the Xbox.
