NBA 2K20 Legend Edition Bonus Content not showing up

I'm the same! I purchased NBA 2K20 Legend Edition game (with disc). I've redeemed the code in Microsoft, and I can see NBA 2K20 Legend Edition Bonus in my Order History as redeemd, but cant find it on the XboX

I have had the same issue, except I bought a digital code from Amazon. Game loaded find after like 12 hours. Then I can not find any bonus content anywhere!!!!!! Amazon tells me I need to contact Microsoft so I got in touch with Xbox support. I'm the mean
time I put in a ticket email with 2k and they still haven't responded. Xbox support had me go through everything on my xbox, no luck. So they say uninstall and reinstall the game. Ok another 12 hours later if loads I get on and nothing still. So I contact
them again, this time they say to go to the code replacement department. Oh they denied me saying I used the code. Oh really, I know I used the code but you didn't give me what I paid for is the problem!!!!! No luck dealing with that department. So today I
was told oh you gotta go through the whole prelude of MyCareer, and it should free up the bonus content. One eternity later still no content. Absolutely nothing has worked. Now I really like the game and dumped my own money into to get in game currency, but
this is so ridiculous! I can't find anywhere if someone figured out why this happens. Seems like Xbox and 2K just thank you for your money and kick you to the curb. It might only be one percent of us this happens to, but that doesn't make it ok. Give people
the product they pay for!

You may want to click on the game and select "manage games and apps" There may be some additional downloads there as well.

There is nothing anyone here can do if the content is not showing up. 2K should be the ones to help if it is their packaged product.
