Hi Microsoft!

Today is my birthday and I was wondering what was the digital redeem code for xbox one? I have the code somewhere in my house I think but I think my dad might have thrown it away. I'm just wondering what the code is so that way I dont have to buy it again.
I dont know what happened to the code, but if I have to spend anymore of my parents money they wont let me but anything else until I get a job. So please, I just hope to get that code maybe if you tell me what it is?

I'm the same! I purchased NBA 2K20 Legend Edition game (with disc). I've redeemed the code in Microsoft, and I can see NBA 2K20 Legend Edition Bonus in my Order History as redeemd, but cant find it on the XboX

Its ok I found the code and its safe to say that Im keeping it in a safe place. A literal safe.

Hi there!

I am sorry that you lost your NBA 2K20 code, however Xbox cannot hand out replacement codes at all.

If you bought this from a retailer and still have the receipt you could try contacting them and asking for a new code.

The only thing I can think of is requesting a new code, but I think you would still have to have the code to do so: https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/billing/codes/digital-code-solution
