NBA 2K20 Accessibilty Issue

I have been playing NBA 2K20 and I cannot access my Career it is saying 1 or more users are under the age requirement or restricted from my career. How can I fix this

Same I'm 30 and cant use mycareer been playing it for a month now never had a problem but today I cant get on

I bought 75k vc for nba 2k19 by accident was supposed to be for 2k20 I dont have 2k19 I want the 75k vc sent to my nba 2k20
