NBA 2K19 Wont Start

I bought an Xbox one S on Black Friday with a game code for 2K19. It worked fine for a few weeks. Now when I try to start the game it goes to the launch screen for a few seconds and then takes me back to the Xbox home screen. So I can't play the game.
I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it didn't work. Anybody know what's going on?

Hi there,

Thank you for posting on the forums today, I'd be happy to help.

It may be that the operating system is experiencing a glitch or the console needs to be cleaned up a bit. Lets try a

hard reset and power cycle to reboot the Xbox.

Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 5 minutes.
Plug the console power cable back in directly into the wall.
Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

Try that out first and then let us know if it helped or not.

Hello!

A hard reset or disconnecting the system from power for 30 seconds, then powering it back on, should clear up that issue.

I bought 75k vc for nba 2k19 by accident was supposed to be for 2k20 I dont have 2k19 I want the 75k vc sent to my nba 2k20
