Nba 2k19 my account is lost

I went to play 2k19 and it said it couldnt sync my last saved files now my 92 overall is gone i spent on him anyone know how

i can recover

Sorry to hear you are having issues with your 2k account.

Something you can always do to attempt to re-sync your data would be to remove the account from the Xbox Console and then download the account again.

As per what XBF Erick had previously posted, the best fixes for you to try are for you to try removing and redownloading your profile or contacting 2K support if that doesn't work.
